15 Gymnastics Must Haves
Are you a current or former gymnast?  If so you have most likely needed these items to get you through a practice or competition.  Let us know your gymnastics must haves!

1.  Tape
Many gymnasts need tape to wrap ankles, wrists, knees, etc. to help protect their bodies. This tape is often used to protect the gymnast from further injury.  Many gymnasts also use tape with their grips on bars.

2.  Chalk
Chalk is very essential to every gymnast.  Chalk is mainly used by gymnasts on bars to avoid slipping off the bar.  However many gymnasts also find chalk to be helpful on the other events.

3.  Grips
Both men and women gymnasts wear grips.  Grips allow a gymnast to get a better grip on the bar along with protecting their hands.
