NCAA Season Kicks Off This Weekend!
The 2015 women's college gymnastics season kicks off this weekend with two meets! Although not all teams are in action this weekend, we are excited to say that the 2015 NCAA season is here! This weekend will have two meets, featuring seven teams.

Saturday January, 3
1:00 ET/10:00 PT – UW-Eau Claire @ Central Michigan
 
Central Michigan is ranked 23rd in the preseason coaches’ poll.  Once again CMU is the favorite to win the MAC Championship.  CMU has won five consecutive MAC titles and is looking to start the season off on a strong note again this season.  Look for Coach Jerry Reighard to have his team ready to go early in the season. 


 
Sunday January, 4
5:00 ET/2:00 PT – California, Sacramento State, San Jose State, Stanford @ UC Davis (Nor Cal Classic)

This meet will feature two teams ranked in the preseason coaches’ poll.  Stanford is ranked 10th and Cal ranked 14th.  The Nor Cal Classic features five teams from Northern California- California, Sacramento State, San Jose State, Stanford and UC Davis. 
 
Stanford will be led by seniors Kristina Vaculik and Samantha ShapiroElizabeth Price will make her highly anticipated NCAA debut this weekend. Look for Price to shine early for Stanford. The University of Cal is looking to make a statement early this season after finishing ranked 16th last season. They will be led by Serena Leong and Crystal Paz along with welcoming in four strong freshmen.
