Workout Insider: Sunisa Lee and Midwest Gymnastics Refining New Skills for the Ranch and 2017 Season
This workout features the top group at Midwest Gymnastics in St. Paul, Minnesota, including junior elite Sunisa Lee training new skills and connections for her first National Team Training Camp. From full twisting double layouts to a Mustafina bar dismount, Lee has a big bag of tricks that she is working hard to refine for 2017.
In 2016, Sunisa fought through various injuries and came out on the other side as a better, stronger gymnast. She finished 10th all-around at 2016 P&G Championships and is excited to improve upon that finish in the coming year. Hear more from Lee about her unique elite journey.
