Transformation Tuesday: Aly Raisman Rockin' The Vault

Aly Raisman has come a long way on vault between 2009 and 2015. Although adding only a half twist to her Yurchenko double doesn't seem like a monstrous change, an Amanar requires much more height and an extreme amount of air awareness in order to lock in the blind landing. While Raisman is still cleaning up her form heading into the Olympic year, she is one of the top vaulters in the world and will look to make an impact on the event for Team USA.
