Gymnastike Returns to the Chicago Style Gymnastics Meet!
Gymnastike returns to the world's largest gymnastics meet this weekend, the IGI Chicago Style. There are over 4,000 gymnasts from around the country competing in downtown Chicago's Navy Pier from Friday, February 8th to Sunday, February 10th. This marks the 4th year for Gymnastike to provide video coverage of the prestigious event. Through Gymnastike's coverage you'll get to see the best of the best out of a stunning six level 10 sessions plus a competitive NCAA session!

Year after year, the Chicago Style draws top teams around the country with hundreds of level 10's vying for titles. The Saturday night level 10/open session is consistently the most quality, competitive level 10 meet of the year featured on Gymnastike. There will be THREE Nastia Liukin Cup qualifying spots on the line: two seniors and one junior.

Top level 10 teams headed to Chicago this weekend are Aerial Gymnastics of Illinois, 2012 Gymnastike Level 10 Team of the Year Brandy Johnson's of Florida, Buckeye Gymnastics of Ohio, Chow's Gymnastics and Dance of Iowa, CNAR of Mexico, Eagles Gym of Missouri, Georgia Elite, High Point of North Carolina, Legacy Elite of Illinois, Sonshine of North Carolina, Stars & Stripes of Michigan, Twin City Twisters of Minnesota, World Class of Virginia, and the host team of IGI.

Friday night we will have the unique opportunity to cover a collegiate competition held within a club meet as the #13 ranked Arizona Wildcats headline the NCAA competition at 7:30pm. They'll be joined by Pitt, Illinois State, and Texas Woman's University.
Arizona is led by all arounder Aubree Cristello who is having a stellar senior year and is currently ranked 16th nationally in the all around. Sophomore Allison Flores will be competing in front of a home crowd in Chicago. She was the 2011 J.O. National All Around Champion for the host team of IGI. The Wildcats will be the favorite for the team title with a season high score of 196.075.
Pitt is led by Lindsey Offutt who is currently ranked #20 in the national floor rankings. They are a team on the rise, recording a 195.650 on January 19th, the program's best score since 2004! They will be in striking distance of upsetting the nationally ranked Wildcats.
Texas Woman's University and Illinois State are familiar opponents as they both compete in the Midwest Independent Conference. The host gym, IGI, will welcome back former gymnasts Apollonia Barrientos, Elise Gray and Kristen Lieberman who now represent Illinois State. The Redbirds are coming off a season-high team score of 194.100 while TWU holds a season high of 193.150.
