Our most popular video series featured four different gyms around the country for each Wednesday of this month. Below are the most viewed WOWs: *click on the pictures to view video
 

This workout takes you inside Georgia Elite gymnastics with coaches Pete Arenas and Amber Stiles. This practice took place right before regionals and they are working parts and routines as well as skill upgrades. This workout features Junior International Elite Elena Arenas and up and coming elites Anna McGee and Samantha Durante, daughter of Georgia head coach Danna Durante.

Get a look at a unique pre-season Wednesday workout with Amanda Borden's Gold Medal Gymnastics. On Wednesdays they focus on plyometrics and drills and work on fixing their technique.



Arizona Sunrays coach and owner Dan Witenstein shows us a vault drill that’s actually fun! 

Former US National Team Member and incoming Florida Gator freshman Kennedy Baker has an incredible new skill! She does a quintuple wolf turn on beam. Yes, that’s five turns! If she competes it in college she could get the skill named after her.

Our popular Gymnast View series shows what it’s like doing gymnastics from a gymnast’s point of view. Gymnasts strap on the GoPro and do some tricks and in this video, elite Ariana Agrapides practices her switch leap back tuck on beam.
