Oleg Verniaiev of Ukraine secured the gold in the all-around competition at the European Games with a socre of 90.332. Azerbaijan's Oleg Stepko took second with an 89.065, and Nikita Ignatyev of Russia came in third with an 87.365. 

Verniaiev came out of qualifications ranked first in the all-around. During finals, he was solid across all six apparatus and executed a particularily difficult pommel horse routine for a score of 15.900. He competed a huge Dragulescu on vault and received a 15.300.
