Canadian National Team member Helody Cyrenne trains at Gym-Richelieu in Beauharnois, Quebec under coaches Michel Charron and Marie-Josee Laperriere. As a newer member of the national team, Cyrenne will be an alternate at this year’s Pan American Games, but will continue to train for future international assignments. 

At the 2014 Pan Am Championships, Cyrenne was part of the 5th place finishing Canadian team. At this year’s Elite Canada, she finished 7th AA, 3rd on vault, 4th on beam, and took the floor title. Cyrenne is a very powerful gymnast with strong tumbling, including an upgraded opening pass of a full in.

At the 2015 Jesolo Trophy, Cyrenne helped Team Canada to a 3rd place finish and came in 5th place individually on vault.
