They have been through highs and lows together, but know the best is yet to come for this young superstar.

8. Chow II: Norah Flatley

Norah Flatley was an instant star on the Junior scene. Known for her impeccable beam work, and beautiful form, she will be one to watch for in 2016. She tells the story of how she made it to Chow’s Gymnastics and her journey since that time. Coach Liang Chow talks about Norah’s similarities to Shawn Johnson and says she will “run for a long way.” We agree.

7.  Beyond the Scenes - Lexie and Amelia

While this is not a full BTR episode, it is still a fan favorite. Why? Because who doesn't love Lexie Priessman and Amelia Hundley? Filmed back when they both trained at CGA, these best friends make us giggle, smile, and want in on their little world. Training together or not, their friendship has endured, and is one for the ages.

6. Texas Dreams: Building the #1 U.S. Elite Club From Scratch

Given the gym's recent success on the national stage, this BTR is definitely one to watch.

5. Kyla Ross: Seeking Perfection at Worlds

Kyla Ross is an athlete of hard work and discipline. Her parents saw it from day one, and her coaches witness it everyday. Norah Flatley, Alexis Vasquez, Victoria Nguyen, and, most famously, Gabby Douglas, all packed up and moved to Iowa for the chance to train with one of the best. Chow is known for developing champions, and chasing their dreams was worth leaving everything behind just for a shot at making them come true.  For Douglas, this meant a host family, who tells their story of housing an Olympian during the tough times, and the great ones. All this and more in BTR: Chow’s Gymnastics - Far From Home.
