  Dan Purvis was quite impressive here. I only saw bits and pieces of his HB, but everything I saw was great. Laid out dbl dbl dismount

  Sejima is just off today. Close call on kovacs. Nearly hit his head on the bar, took the fall.

  Victoria Moors finished with a 56.365 AA score. She tops the leaderboard with Wieber, Raisman, and Iordache yet to compete on FX

  Jackson Payne competed a gaylord release on high bar, cool! endo full to L to jaeger. Layed out dbl dbl dismount.

  Chelaru FX: squeaked around a low full in. whip to triple. Ended with a double tuck

  Orozco earned a 15.366 on HB (6.70/8.666). Tunney 14.166 on FX (5.70/8.466). And a 14.766 for @VictoriaMoors on FX. (5.90/8.866)

  Moors FX: impeccable double double! 1.5 stepout thru to triple, great. pretty choreo too. clean 2.5. dbl tuck. Fantastic, @VictoriaMoors!

  Orozco HB: excellent routine. Hiy his new skill, tkatchev to mix grip. Spot on through his tak skills. Great finish for John

  Payne PB: cool combo.. think that was a healy to a front 1 3/4. A scrappy routine but stays on

  Yikes crazy fall for Chealru on BB. I only caught the end but looks like she slid down onto the beam

  John really held the stuck landing as the chalk few up into his face, love it!

  Leyva scored 14.966 on PB (6.20/8.766). Think he missed some on his D score

  Simpson BB: gorgeous split jump! look at that extension. side aerial. precise Lturn+inside turn. front aerial+bhs lay 2ft fall.. no!

  I think that was a save from Leyva going over to one rail and kip up, smooth recovery.

  Leyva PB: He's the reigning World Champ here! amazing peach work! giant diam 1 3/4. another giant diam. stutz. double pike. Yin goes wild

  Moors looked like she really got in her comfort zone after nailing the low to beam turn. Great finish

  Moors BB: switch wobble. switch 1/2. side aerial wobble. front aerial. bhs lay 2ft. 1.5 wolf turn, great! side somi. dbl tuck

  Nguyen PB: great routine, big difficulty score. belle at the end of the routine. Just did double pike today. He's done full in before!

  ugh so sad for little Tunney. a 3rd fall. She's a 1st yr senior & reigning British jr champ. Lots of potential, but nerves got her today

  Tunney BB: great front tuck. switch+back tuck. fall on front aerial, bummer! ooh no... and fall on bhs+back pike. Supposed to connect all 3

  Kuksenkov PB: nice line here. big front 1 3/4. stutz. Small hop on double pike.

  Hill BB: smooth bhs+lay stepout. solid side somi. Rndoff double full. She's really turned it on today. She wasn't as impressive yesterday

  14.966 for Wieber on BB (6.0/8.966). Missed some connections. Purvis scored 14.90 on PB (6.40/8.50)

  The german coach is filming the Japanese guy on pbars. It wasn't great though, a few form breaks

  and bhs+bhs+controlled 2.5 dismount for Wieber. a few iffy connections but still a world class routine

  Wieber BB: f aerial+1arm bhs+lay wobble. front hs+back full slight check to bhs. wow. side aerial+side somi. switch side. L turn+inside turn

  Score for Iordache on BB is 15.40 (6.60/8.80). Here comes Wieber!

  Purvis PB: peach. peach full with a form break. giant diam. diam to stuz nice! front toss. dbl pike. Great finish!

  and a big BB dismount for Iordache - roundoff, bhs, triple twist! She looks great. 3 for 3 so far with her best event next

  Iordache BB: bhs+back full. quick double turn! switch 1/2. front aerial+bhs lay 2ft wobble. switch+back tuck solid. smooth side somi.

  Brooks hit parallel bars with a big double front dismount. He's had a great day thus far. Remember, his scores don't count today

  and Douglas finished a great routine with a bhs+bhs+double pike dismount. Strong, confident routine. Lookin good, @gabrielledoug!

  Douglas BB: gorgeous front aerial+bhs+lay. slight check on standing full. Switch+back pike. wobble switch 1/2. stong front pike. switch ring

  It is amazing how quickly the AAI crew can switch out equipment. Uneven bars gone. Behold, the high bar

  Haha Dave Durante just said his coaches used to throw shoes at him in the gym amid pressure sets in the gym

  Germans Lisa Hill scored 14.233 (5.90/8.33) on bars, and Nguyen 15.80 (6.6/9.20) on vault. Quite the delay for Raisman on bars

  Score for Verniaiev is 16.133 (7.0/9.133). Nguyen VT: quick tsuk 2.5. Nice landing, just a step to the side

  Lisa Hill of Germany had a nice bar routine. Pretty jaeger and nearly stuck full in. Raisman will be next

  Sejima of Japan on SR: something went wrong on the way to his inverted cross so he came off the rings. Poor guy

  Diana Chelaru VT: double twisting yurchenko. Good block off the table but very loose legs in the air

  Moors of Canada scored 14.733 on VT (5.80/8.933). And her Canadian teammate Payne had a nice double tuck with 1.5 twist dismount off SR

  Sejima PH: he's definitely a pommel guy. Looks natural up there. Oh no, hit his leg and took a fall. Scissor combo... Shaky finish

Leyva PH: scissor presses on both pommels, cleanly done. big aggressive swing. Form break on Russian, good fight. Hit routine

Brooks hit pommel horse! Huge smile after the dismount. Guess his "I love pommel horse" shirt is starting to work :)

Actually, they have yet to post FX scores for Purvis and Sejima, not sure why... but disregard those standings for the moment

Orozco sits in 5th after 1 rotation. Floor is not his strongest since the '10 achilles tear, but he should make up big ground on PH

Verniaiev scored 14.866 on FX (6.50/8.366). They're off to PH for rotation 2. Nguyen leads with 15.266, Leyva 2nd with 15.033

Verniaiev FX wow, roundoff straight into.. was that a dbl dbl? Randi side pass. 2.5+barani. Rndoff into triple twist. He's great!

Sejima is definitely a twister! Definitely has potential but not as clean as we're used to seeing from the Japanese

Sejima FX: Piked dbl arabian 1/2 out low landing. front dbl full+front tuck full. sloppy back 1.5+tuck 1/2. Triple dismount

Purvis FX: high piked dbl arabian to a slight stag jump. excellent combo twisting. Whip+tucked thomas. He looks great. Dbl arabian dismount

Payne FX: oob on 2nd pass. Great back 1.5+front full and clean 2.5 twist dismount. Flight 2 touch warmup up next, then its Dan Purvis!
