FloGymnastics will be covering the 2016 Metroplex Challenge LIVE in Fort Worth, TX January 30 and 31. This top level meet always delivers exciting gymnastics and you will be able to watch the NCAA session as well as all three level 10 sessions live.

No. 2 Oklahoma, No. 6 LSU, No. 12 Stanford, No. 16 Missouri, and No. 36 Washington will be competing in the NCAA session on January 30 starting at 6:45pm CST. All five teams will be traveling out of state to Fort Worth to compete in the same arena where NCAA Championships will be held in April. The gymnasts will be looking to finish off the first month of season on a high note and secure top rankings heading into February.

In the unusual but very exciting five-team meet, there will be action every single minute of the meet. You can catch every routine on our four stream broadcast as well as through archived videos after the meet.

The level 10 competition will display top gyms from around the country including CGA, La Fleur's Tampa, World Champions Centre, and the host team Metroplex. We will be streaming all three sessions- one on Saturday morning and two more on Sunday. The level of gymnastics at this prestigious meet is always top-notch and you can be sure that many of these gymnasts will be competing at JO Nationals at the end of the season.
