The International Gymnastics Federation profiled U.S. National Team Coordinator Martha Karolyi and her success with Team USA. The 12 minute video briefly runs through Karolyi's incredibly successful history over roughly the past 16 years where USA has become the dominant country in gymnastics.

Karolyi will be retiring following the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games and USA Gymnastics has yet to name the next National Team Coordinator.
