Before things heat up at the Ranch, the Olympic team took advantage of their small window of time at home to relax, train a bit, and say goodbye to their home-bases before Rio is in full swing.

Laurie Hernandez got the chance to celebrate a few momentous occasions; reaching 200,000 followers and a friends' birthday makes for one exciting week.




Gabby Douglas caught the new Star Trek movie and sent out her official five-star review for the new release!



Madison Kocian and the WOGA crew celebrated the final home workout in style, sending Madison off with lots of love. 



Simone Biles had a similar send-off, and casually showed up on the cover and in a feature for Sports Illustrated.
