Simone Biles was on "Ellen" yesterday, where she made an exciting announcement about the release of her new biography, Courage to Soar, which will be available on November 15. 

Biles shared some insights on what the book will be about: "It's my life story and it's coming from me so that people don't read something on the internet and they're a little bit unsure of it. So it's about my life, a little bit about my family, and then how I got to where I am."



Also, Channing Tatum was also on the show yesterday and was fangirling -- quite adorably -- over Simone. When Ellen asked if he had met her yet, he said, "No, but I want to. I'm going to freak out." He then surprised her by holding her medals on his arms... and, of course, they all took a selfie together.



Biles is now headed out on the Kellogg's Tour of Gymnastics Champions, which will hit 36 cities across the nation.
