The field is set for the 2018 American Classic and Hopes Classic, taking place July 6-7 at the Jon M. Huntsman Center on the University of Utah campus in Salt Lake City.

Jade Carey, 2017 world vault and floor silver-medalist, headlines the roster along with national team members Audrey Davis, Kayla DiCello, Kara Eaker, Riley McCusker, Grace McCallum, and Tori Tatum.

Gymnasts competing in the American Classic will be looking to qualify to the U.S. Championships August 16-19 in Boston. To qualify, senior elites must score a minimum 52.0 all-around, 39.75 on three events, or 27.0 on two events; 2017 world team members and alternates are automatically qualified. Junior elites must score a minimum 51.0 all-around.

For Hopes gymnasts, the top 18 in the 10-11 age group and the top 18 in the 12-13 age group qualify to the Hopes Championships, which will be held July 27 in conjunction with the U.S. Classic.

USA Gymnastics is planning to live-stream all four sessions of the Hopes and American Classic through its YouTube channel.
