Watch Beyond The Routine: Chellsie Memmel!
And the 2005 World All-Around Champion and 2003 World Uneven Bars Champ is proving that muscle memory is a heck of a thing. With #chellsiesadultgymnasticsjourney and #adultgymnastics accompanying a few video posts on twitter, Memmel graced the beam and bars while sparking some chatter. However, the fact that she is back in the gym was not a commitment to a full comeback according to P.P.S in one of those posts.
But whether or not we see the now 31-year old mom get back to competing we can all be amazed by the fact that she's still able to pull out some tricks despite the fact that she hasn't attempted them in eight years.
So check out some of her latest posts, and if you're not already following her, you probably should @CMemmel.

Friday fun day...well filmed this before the gym closed but now I feel less guilty posting because I am NOT encouraging anyone to try it. I know bars are for swinging. I wanted to try a slow and controlled squat and hold it before standing back up. Much harder this way. pic.twitter.com/oj7Oc3WVqU
