As a young club gymnast, Ariana Berlin was in a bad car accident that put her out of the sport for 4 years. She came back to pursue her dream of competing for UCLA but because of ongoing pain in her leg, has been extremely limited in her training time. Therefore she was forced to rely on her mind in her meet preparation and is now UCLA' s most consistent all-arounder. She talks about what she does for mental preparation and what works for her.
