Workout Wednesday with the Nebraska Women

This week's gymnastics workout video features the #12 ranked University of Nebraska women. This workout was filmed on March 25th and was their final workout before the 2010 Big 12 Championships where the Huskers put up their season high team score of 196.625.
This weekend, the Huskers will travel to the University of Kentucky for the 2010 Regional Championships where they will fight it out with 5 other teams for a spot at the 2010 National Championships. Only the top 2 teams from each Regional will advance. Last year, the Huskers narrowly missed Nationals which were hosted at home in the Devaney Center and will be out for redemption on Saturday in Lexington.
