Aaron Fortunato's Mental Edge

Aaron Fortunato just finished up his NCAA eligibility at the University of Minnesota and plans to continue training for a shot at the Olympic team in 2012. He had a breakthrough in his gymnastics last season as a junior because he learned how to compete. He talks about what helped him become a better competitor and what gets him mentally prepared for each routine in a meet.
