Get to know gymnastics coach and Gymnastike Contributor Jason MacDonald, better known as J Mac. This season, Jason coached his 2 top level gymnasts to the Nastia Liukin SuperGirl Cup and JO Nationals, provided us with video coverage of numerous events, and has recently headed up a new gymnastike video series, Flashback Friday . Jason's also started up a new floor music company called Gym Sounds.
