Workout Wednesday with the 2011 Twin City Twisters

For this week's gymnastics workout video we take you inside a full gymnastics workout of one of the top club teams in the nation, Twin City Twisters. This workout was filmed on March 8th as the Twisters trained endurance and refined skills to carry them through the Championship meets. Since the filming of this workout the Twisters won the Minnesota state meet for levels 7, 9, and 10, and produced nine Regional All Around Champions in Abby Edelman, Sarah Rhodes, Zoie Schroeder, Taylor Hinton, Melanee Pfautz, Maggie Nichols, Hanna Nordquist, Hollie Blanske, and Jessie DeZiel. They qualified an impressive ten gymnasts to level 10 Junior Olympic National Championships which will be held May 13-14. Jessie DeZiel is a reigning JO All Around Champion, and Maggie Nichols is a 2011 Nastia Liukin Supergirl Cup qualifier.
