Seat Drop Yurchenko Drill
This Yurchenko drill explained by TBT's Brad Harris is sure to aid in building flipping and twisting power on vault. The gymnast does a seat drop without an arm swing followed by a back handspring back layout, full, double full, etc. It helps the athlete focus on accelerating and the quickness of the flip and twist without the benefit of height.
