Don Houlton of IGI shares a great drill, originating from Neil Resnick, which helps with the keeping pressure on the bar in the handstand. When executing a proper handstand, it's important to always push the bar down to push yourself up to the handstand, and this drill emphasises that motion.
Houlton also explains another drill - Handstand Tilts - that helps a gymnast focus on extension at the beginning of a giant swing.
