This workout features the athletes of Midwest Gymnastics Center in St. Paul, MN during a mid-September practice. Junior elite Sunisa Lee had just received an invitation to attend her very first National Team Training Camp, so she is laser focused on refining new skills and working upgrades to show at the Ranch.
