Plyo Circuit
Jump down from block to front tuck (x2)
Punch over 3 panels to front tuck
Handstand on block punch to back tuck
Back handspring back tuck
Standing back tuck off off block
Jump off tall block
RO Back handspring back layout (progression- full, 1.5, or double)
Repeat all x4
