Eythora Thorsdottir of the Netherlands showed her signature style and artistry combined with outstanding execution at the 2017 European Championships in Romania. She took second on beam with a 14.066 (5.6, 8.466). Her execution score was the highest of the competition on beam, just above Catalina Ponor who had a 8.366 execution and won gold.
