Pete Arenas walks us through a drill they use at Georgia Elite to increase power and momentum in big floor passes, such as double layouts. Arenas has five gymnasts training double layouts right now, and he attributes much of their success to the positions reinforced in this simple sequence. Bonus: No equipment is needed other than a strip of floor!
