Elizabeth Price has been added to the 2014 AT&T American Cup Roster. But first, she'll compete in this weekend's Parkettes Invite. Click here to follow Price at the Parkettes Invite

Team USA's Elizabeth Price of Parkettes National Gymnastics Center has been chosen to replace World and Olympic medalist Kyla Ross of Gym-Max at the upcoming AT&T American Cup. Competition is scheduled for March 1 at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex in North Carolina.

Ross withdrew from the competition because she is still recovering from a slight back injury, according to USA Gymnastics

In December, Price won the all around title at the World Cup in Stuttgart, Germany and was team alternate to both the 2012 USA Olympic Team and 2013 World Team. If Price can stay healthy through the year, she will be a strong contender for the 2014 USA World Championships team.

The AT&T American Cup is an international invitational and part of the International Gymnastics Federation's all-around World Cup series. It features nine men and nine women competing for the meet's prestigious all around title.

Price joins three other U.S. gymnasts in the field: 2013 World all-around champion Simone Biles of Spring, Texas/Bannon's Gymnastix; 2012 Olympian Sam Mikulak of Corona del Mar, Calif./University of Michigan; and 2013 World parallel bars bronze-medalist John Orozco of the Bronx, N.Y./Team Hilton HHonors (U.S. Olympic Training Center).

World and Olympic medalists Fabian Hambuechen of Germany and Larisa Andrea Iordache of Romania headline the international field. Germany's Sophie Scheder was recently added to the field, bringing the women's field to nine. Great Britain's Max Whitlock has withdrawn from the competition due to injury and his replacement is expected to be named in the near future. The field, listed by country, is as follows.
