The Oklahoma Sooners continue to impress during early preseason training. The program posted an awesome video on Instagram of the ladies on the team nailing one beam series after another.



Last week, the Sooners showed top-notch bar work, stellar tumbling, and new beam skills from Chayse Capps and Bre Showers.





The Sooners are the reigning NCAA champions, and it sure looks like the fire is burning to defend that title.
