On Sunday at Elevate the Stage, expect to see a lot of NCAA action. With just two weeks left in the regular season, four top SEC teams will compete in Alabama.

The Auburn Tigers will go up against Alabama, Arkansas and Georgia in this upcoming weekend's Elevate the Stage. The four teams are set to take the stage at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 6th.

After Sunisa Lee won the Tokyo Olympic All-Around gold medal, people started talking about Jess Graba, one of her two elite coaches at Midwest Gymnastics, alongside Alison Lim. As Lee transitions to NCAA gymnastics at Auburn, people are now talking about Jeff Graba, Jess’s twin brother, and the Head Coach at Auburn University.

The NCAA women’s gymnastics season kicks off this weekend, and the No. 16 Auburn Tigers are starting at the 2020 California Grand Invitational and Collegiate Challenge.

As always, the Southeastern Conference is loaded with talent — traditional powerhouses like Florida and LSU, but many more top teams in the nation. This year you'll be able to catch a few of these teams, and much more, right here on FloGymnastics. But before we can start watching the meets, let's dive into each team's standing, who they added and lost, and what may be to come in the 2018-2019 season.

Just over one month is left until the NCAA gymnastics season begins, and teams all over the country will compete weekend after weekend in dual meets, quad meets, and even meets on podium — like Elevate the Stage. The 2019 NCAA season includes two Elevate the Stage events with the final one happening in Birmingham, Alabama. 

Lindenwood edged Eastern Michigan, Rutgers, and Temple in a quad meet in Philadelphia on Sunday afternoon in record-breaking fashion. The Lions scored over a 196 for the first time in school history with a 196.400. They set new program records with totals on bars (49.100) and on beam (49.425).

Alabama faces Auburn for the second time in three meets, this time at the Elevate the Stage meet in Huntsville, Alabama, tomorrow night. The last time out, the Crimson Tide posted their best score of the season — a 197.300 — on the road. They finished with matching 49.400s on uneven bars and balance beam led by senior Kiana Winston with a 9.925 on bars and a 9.900 on beam.

Nebraska had a solid meet at the Elevate the Stage in Augusta, Georgia, on Friday night and earned the quad-meet win with a 196.700 against Stanford (195.925), Illinois (195.900), and Georgia (195.825). Taylor Houchin posted a 9.900 to share second place on bars and the Huskers posted a 49.300 event total. Nebraska didn’t score below a 9.800 on bars.
