CALI, Colombia, December 4, 2021 – U.S. athletes claimed gold in men’s synchronized trampoline Saturday on the final day of the trampoline gymnastics competition at the 2021 Junior Pan American Games in Cali, Colombia. Elijah Vogel of Longmont, Colo./Elevated Trampoline Sports Academy added a silver in men’s individual trampoline, while Nayenne Pollini Ashenaffi of Reseda, Calif./Rhythmic Academy of Los Angeles and Sarah Mariotti of San Diego, Calif./Emerald City Academy of Rhythmic Gymnastics took silver and bronze, respectively, in the rhythmic gymnastics individual all-around. FORT WORTH, Texas, June 4, 2021 – Simone Biles of Spring, Texas/World Champions Centre will take a full two-point lead into day two of the senior women’s all-around competition at the 2021 U.S. Gymnastics Championships. The six-time U.S. national champion posted a 59.550 Friday at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, outpacing her 2019 World Championships all-around total by more than half of a point. Malone sits atop the field with an 86.250 at the midway point of the competition. Yul Moldauer of Arvada, Colo./5280 Gymnastics (83.600) and Brandon Briones of Gilbert, Ariz./Stanford University (83.600) rounded out the top three.
