The 2013 edition of the Massilia Cup in Marseilles, France featured two team competitions as well as event finals. Romania and Larisa Iordache won the highlight event. USA was represented in the open division with the USAG Region 7 All Star team made up of the Region's top level 10 competitors from 2013. Alicia Boren of North Stars was the team's top finisher.
