Aug. 6th - Men's Qualifications
China was the top team to advance to Team Finals, followed by USA and Great Britain.Ukraine's Oleg Verniaiev posted the top all around score and will look to detrone Kohei Uchimura in All Around Finals.

Aug. 7th - Women's Qualifications
The USA women dominated the team qualifications, cruising into Team Finals with a 10 point lead.USA's Simone Biles and Aly Raisman clinched the two all around spots for the American team.

Japan took the gold medal and it was a fight until the very end where Russia came away with silver and China bronze.FULL RESULTS HERE

Below are the results from the women's qualification competition at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
The top eight teams qualify to team finals. The top 24 gymnasts, with a maximum of two per country, qualify to the all-around finals and the top eight on each event, with a maximum of two per country, qualify to event finals.

Men's Team Finals - 2016 Rio Olympics
Japan took home the gold in the team final competition at the 2016 Rio Olympics. It came down to the wire, but Russia was able to hold on in the last rotation to take silver and China grabbed the bronze.
After six straight individual golds at World Championships and an all-around gold in London, Kohei Uchimura finally stood atop the podium with his team by his side.

Women's Team Finals - 2016 Rio Olympics
Team USA was once again dominant in the team final competition at the 2016 Rio Olympics. They topped Russia by over eight points to take the gold, while China will go home with the bronze. The U.S. women hit all twelve routines and only posted two scores under 15.

It was a fight to the end at Men's Individual All-Around Final. Uchimura and Verniaiev were neck and neck the entire competition, but ultimately King Kohei prevailed to win his second Olympic all-around title.
Max Whitlock took the bronze and became the first British gymnast in 108 years to medal in the all-around at the Olympics.

Women's All-Around Final - 2016 Rio Olympics
Simone Biles grabbed gold in the all-around final at the 2016 Olympic Games. Teammate Aly Raisman took the silver, and Aliya Mustafina of Russia took the bronze. Biles is coming off three consecutive World Championship all-around victories and was the heavy favorite to top the podium.
This meet was redemption for Raisman, who missed out on the bronze in 2012 after losing a tiebreaker to Mustafina.
