2014 Doha World Cup
Romanian superstar Larisa Iordache dominated the 2014 Doha World Cup and won vault, beam and floor. The Czech Republic's Kristyna Palesova won bars. The Flying Dutchman Eple Zondlerand won his signature event, high bar, while Japan's Kenzo Shirai won his signature event, floor. USA's Paul Ruggeri won silver on high bar.


Larisa Iordache
of Romania dominated the women's side of the 2014 Doha World Cup, winning gold in all three of her event finals, vault, beam, and floor.

Competing in her first meet since the 2012 Olympic Games, 2010 World Floor Champion Lauren Mitchell of Australia hopped out of bounds and narrowly missed a medal in the floor final. Mitchell debuted a new routine with watered down tumbling.

The men's side was highlighted by World and Olympic High Bar Champion Epke Zonderland who took gold on his signature event. Reigning World Floor Champion Kenzo Shirai easily won gold on floor with a massive 7.40 difficulty score. American Paul Ruggeri took silver on both floor and high bar.
