Carlotta Ferlito Injury Update

Italy's Carlotta Ferlito had a frightening fall off of beam today at the 2016 City of Jesolo Trophy, but an update from the Italian Gymnastics Federation confirms that diagnostic tests were negative and she was discharged from the hospital.

Italian Roster Named For Jesolo 2016

The Italian Federation has announced the roster for the 2016 Jesolo Trophy competition. The team includes Italian superstar Carlotta Ferlito, who is coming of a fifth place all-around finish at the AT&T American Cup.  She also placed third on both beam and floor, and will be looking for another successful competition in Jesolo.

The Importance of Jesolo - A Look Back At 2008 & 2012

The City of Jesolo Trophy will be the first international elite meet of the season for the USA this year. The Americans have been incredibly successful at this meet since its debut in 2008 - they have won the team gold medal every single year, with the exception of 2009, when the U.S. did not participate.

Madison Kocian Sidelined With Ankle Injury, Expected To Return In April

Madison Kocian revealed she tweaked her ankle at the February national team training camp, according to USA Today Sports. Kocian attended the U.S. Olympic Committee media summit, which took place March 6-9 in Los Angeles, on crutches and with her left foot in a cast.
