As teams around the country prepare for the upcoming NCAA Regional and National Championships, Gymnastike's Workout Wednesday is taking a trip around the country. Today, we visit Tuscaloosa and the defending NCAA National Champions, the University of Alabama Gymnastics. Watch as the Tide prepares for this weekend's Regional Championships. Currently, Alabama is ranked #4 nationally and will be the top seed for Saturday's Regional in Seattle where they'll face LSU (#9), Arizona (#16), Washington (#23), Iowa (#30), Central Michigan (#36).
