James Jindra: Pre-USA Championships Workout

This workout was filmed June 25 at Capital Gymnastics National Training Center in Virginia. Coach Carlos Vasquez has his up-and-coming level 10, James Jindra, training floor upgrades for his USA Championships debut. J.J. qualified for US Championships in May at the 2009 Level 10 JO Nationals out of the 14-15 age division. He will compete this weekend at the Men's National Qualifier held at the US Olympic Training Center.
