Jonathan Horton Championships Workout

This workout was filmed Sunday, July 26, just 2 weeks before the 2009 Visa Championshps. 2008 Olympian Jonathan Horton is training to compete all-around at Championships, hoping to win the national title and make the 2009 World Team.
Since graduating from OU in May, Jon is back training at his home gym of Cypress Academy under Coach Tom Meadows alongside junior teammates Dylan Akers (Junior National Team Memeber), CJ Scaaf and Daniel Potemski, all of which will be competing in the junior session of this weeks Visa Championships in Dallas.
