Stanford University Senior Carly Janiga is competing in her final gymnastics competition this weekend at the NCAA Championships. Before college, Carly was a member of the US National team like many of the girls competing here today. Carly talks about competing as an elite and the friendships she developed with many of the girls now competing for other teams around the nation. She even offers some advice to young club gymnasts.
