Workout Wednesday at Palmer's Gymnastics

This week's gymnastics workout video comes from gymnastike contributor Jason MacDonald's gym, Palmers Gymnastics in Illinois. This past season, Jason coached 2 level 10's to Nationals in Dallas - Maggie Lundeen was a member of the 1st place senior A team from Region 5, and also placed 6th on floor, and Kylie Fischer competed in the NIT Competition in her first year as a level 10 and after coming back from a broken back.
The workout was filmed during summer training on July 27th. The team was focusing on conditioning to get into routine shape.
