This week's gymnastics workout video takes us back to the training halls in Tokyo at the 2011 World Championships. Watch how the defending Olympic Champions prepare for a competition. This workout was filmed on October 10, the day before the 2011 women's World Team Final. The Chinese team made a few errors and settled for the team bronze medal for the second year in a row. Later in the week, Yao Jinnan won the all around bronze medal, and Sui Lu was crowned 2011 Balance beam World Champion.
