Workout Wednesday with the Minnesota Gophers

This week's gymnastics workout video features the University of Minnesota women. The Gophers struggled with consistency early in the year but have come on strong late in the season. This weekend they'll head to Ohio State for the 2010 Big 10 Championships. The Gophers are currently ranked 5th in the always competitive Big 10 Conference and if they keep their momentum going they could surprise some people this weekend. Individually, Senior Alexis Russell is a contender for the Big 10 All Around title.
This workout was filmed on March 8th as the Gophers prepared for their second to last regular season meet.
