Workout Insider: Region 3 Camp | Upgrade Focus With Pit Vaulting

The gymnasts at Region 3 High Performance camp were able to vault into a soft surface, enabling them to focus on their positions in the air and practice upgrades vaults. They were coached by several high level coaches, including Oregon State assistant coach Brian Amato. Junior elites Madison Rau and Hannah Joyner attended the camp, in preparation for the Secret U.S. Classic.
