As a young coach, Jeff Beal worked both for the Karolyis in their Houston gym, and for Debbie Kaitschuck and Deana Parrish at Cypress Academy. Since then, he has opened up his own gym and built up a new program. He talks about where he is now and what it was like to switch over to gym ownership instead of just coaching.
