Yurchenko Vault Drill to Help Gymnasts Learn to Snap Up

Kittia Carpenter of Buckeye Gymnastics shows us a drill that helps the gymnasts to learn to extend the shoulders up and keep hips open rather then pulling the feet of the board on Yurchenko Vaults. This drill can help to increase the height of the vault allowing the gymnasts to perform bigger vaults on the back side.
